Development fundamentals:
Due to numerous customer requests to offer an everyday suitable inclined bed fleece in RE quality, we now offer an inclined bed fleece.  With our Dreambox^® COMPACT nonwoven filter, changing roles is a breeze, not even your hands get wet. The roller change is done by water and thanks to the sliders and extendable roller deflection, the hitherto cumbersome role exchange for competitor models, where often the complete fleece had to be pulled out of the filter, is now obsolete. The fleece guide is carried out with a slider, which can be inserted from above and completely removed.

At the customer's request, we offer this model with hand crank operation (manually). Here, the dirty fleece with one or two revolutions with the smooth-running crank is turned by hand. The background to this development is that the customer is usually in the morning and in the evening at the tank and can thus guarantee the nonwoven transport manually with a small hand movement. At the same time, the nonwoven is designed in such a way that a conversion kit is ordered without any problems and the RE fleeceer is upgraded to a fully automatic system with just a few simple steps. In this way, RE technology can be purchased cheaply and without electronics.
