Shipping & Delivery Information

1. General Information

Royal Exclusiv delivers to the countries currently enabled in our online shop.

Depending on the type, size and weight of the ordered products, delivery is made by parcel service or freight carrier. Bulky products, in particular Dreambox^® filter systems and individually manufactured equipment, may require delivery by freight carrier.

The applicable shipping method and shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process before the order is completed.

2. Shipping Within Germany

Shipping costs within Germany depend on the type, dimensions, weight and quantity of the ordered products.

The applicable shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and during checkout before the order is placed.

Free shipping:

Orders with a merchandise value of EUR 300.00 or more are delivered free of charge within Germany for end customers. Dreambox^® filter systems and other items explicitly identified as freight-shipped products are excluded.

For Dreambox^® systems and other bulky products requiring freight transport, the applicable freight charges will be displayed before the order is completed.

If the shipping costs for an individually manufactured or specially configured product cannot be calculated automatically, we will provide a separate shipping quotation before the contract is concluded. The order will only be binding once the customer has accepted the quotation.

No additional shipping charges will be imposed after the contract has been concluded unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. International Shipping

We deliver to the countries available for selection in our online shop.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, dimensions, weight and type of shipment. The applicable costs are displayed during checkout.

If shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically, we will provide an individual quotation before the contract is concluded. The customer must accept this quotation before the order becomes binding.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional import duties, customs charges and taxes may apply. These charges are imposed by the relevant authorities and are payable by the recipient unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Delivery Times

The applicable delivery time is stated on the respective product page.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, production requirements and the complexity of the order.

Individually manufactured products and customised Dreambox^® systems may require longer production and delivery times.

If an order contains several products with different delivery times, the expected delivery schedule will be communicated during the ordering process or in the order confirmation.

If delays occur, we will inform the customer accordingly.

5. Packaging

Products are packaged appropriately for their size, weight and technical requirements to ensure safe transport.

Bulky or particularly sensitive products may require special packaging or pallet transport. Any additional packaging or handling charges will be disclosed before the contract is concluded.

6. Collection by the Customer

Customers may collect their orders directly from our premises in Wesseling, Germany, by prior arrangement.

No shipping charges apply to customer collections.

Collection is possible once we have notified the customer that the order is ready for collection.

7. Business Customers and Dealers

For business customers and dealers, shipping and packaging costs may vary depending on order volume, delivery destination and transport requirements.

Any applicable pallet, half-pallet or special packaging charges will be communicated separately and agreed upon before the contract is concluded.

All prices and charges quoted to business customers are exclusive of statutory VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
